TOWN OF DIANA CLERK'S OFFICE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS: As determined by the Town Supervisor, and Councilmen at the November 14, 2023 board meeting, in an effort to lower town expenses due to the closing of Community Bank in town, the Clerk's office will no longer be accepting cash payments. The only cash payments that will be accepted are for hunting/fishing/trapping licenses and dog licenses/renewals.
Payments of property taxes must be made via Check or money order, or by utilizing the pay tax button on the Town of Diana website and making an online payment via debit card, credit card, ACH or the echeck payment option. This decision was not made to cause any undue stress or inconvenience for anyone. With tax season upon us, and large volume of deposits, and winter roads, staff safety is paramount. This decision will also help cut down on the added town expense of required mileage reimbursements. This goes into effect on December 1, 2023. Thank you for your understanding.
